Life hits us in such different ways – and we react so differently – a truth I find to be wonderful, amazing, sometimes puzzling, and occasionally painful. I get it, that what moves me to my core may barely register with the next person, elicit little more than a shrug and mumbled “That’s too bad.” But I can find myself wanting to get in their face and say “What’s wrong with you? Don’t you see what’s coming?!”
